We used Plenty Pavers to construct a 1k ft concrete paver stone patio. We met with 15 different paver contractors before choosing Plenty Pavers. The difference between them all… Plenty Pavers was the cheapest and most professional, but overall we wanted a good experience, and this is where Augusto, our project manager came into play. From the beginning Augusto stood out among others due to his professionalism, transparency and attentiveness. He was always professional and quick to answering our questions. From the beginning we met with Augusto and went through all the fine details on dimensions, styles and specifics for what we wanted to do. He drafted up a professional proposal sheet and we went back and forth until it was just right for us. From start to finish our project took around 1 month to complete. This duration was a bit longer than initially quoted only because there were shortages in material due to the project requiring more material than originally anticipated, which caused delays in the work. However, Augusto admitted the material shortages were of his own teams mistake and ate most of the cost himself! In the end Augusto made sure that everything came out according to our original specifications. If there was ever anything misaligned, not placed properly, missing sand or wrong color Augusto made sure it was fixed. In fact tomorrow Augusto has his crew coming to fix some bad pavers that were placed on the steps. In the end we are now left with a beautiful paver patio that my family will enjoy for years to come.
