Paver Driveways
Done Properly.
A driveway is the first thing every visitor and every returning family member sees. It sets the tone before the front door opens. It's also one of the most structurally stressed surfaces on your property — vehicle load, Florida sun, and soil movement, every day. We build them to handle all of it, properly, for 30+ years.

Why Pavers
Concrete cracks.
Pavers don't.
Concrete driveways in Florida fail because ground movement, heat expansion, and root pressure have nowhere to go — so they crack. Paver systems are interlocking and flexible. They move with the ground, and if a section ever needs attention, you replace individual pieces — not the whole surface.
The material selection is where the quality difference becomes visible. Belgard, Tremron, and Pavestone are the manufacturers we work with — the ones with the longest track records in this climate and the widest range of formats. We show you the options on-site and recommend based on the property, the soil conditions, and what will actually hold up here.
We qualify every driveway job before we quote it. We visit the property, assess the grade, drainage, and existing surface, and give you a full itemised written quote before any commitment. The price in the estimate is the price on the invoice.

How We Build
The installation process
Most driveway failures start with the base — not the pavers. We don't cut corners on what's underneath.
On-Site Assessment
We visit your property, assess drainage, grade, and ground conditions, and discuss the right material options for your specific situation.
Base Preparation
The base is everything. We excavate to proper depth, install compacted gravel base layers, and get it right before a single paver goes down.
Precision Installation
Pavers are set to pattern with proper spacing, cut precisely at edges, and secured with professional edging. No gaps, no movement.
Compaction & Finishing
Final compaction locks the pavers in place. Jointing sand is swept in and settled. Optional sealing available for long-term protection.
Common Questions
Driveway FAQs
How long does a paver driveway last?
With proper base preparation and quality materials — 30–50 years. The pavers themselves rarely fail. What fails is poor base work. We don't cut corners on base depth or compaction.
Are paver driveways more expensive than concrete?
Initial installation costs more — typically 15–25% higher than poured concrete. The long-term value calculation is different: pavers are repairable, concrete isn't. A cracked concrete driveway needs full replacement. A damaged paver section means replacing individual pieces.
How much does a paver driveway cost in Orlando?
Most residential driveways in Central Florida range from $5,000–$15,000 depending on size, materials, and site conditions. We publish full price ranges on our pricing page. You'll get an itemised written quote before committing to anything.
Can you install over my existing concrete driveway?
In most cases, no. Overlaying pavers on existing concrete produces an uneven, unstable surface that settles poorly. We remove the existing surface to ensure proper base preparation. It's more work upfront — it's the right way to do it.
