Fix It Right.
Not Just Covered.

We get asked about patching cracked driveways and concrete paths regularly. And we always give the same honest answer: patching doesn't hold. We'll tell you exactly why — and what will actually work for your situation. If a proper repair isn't the right answer for your budget or your timeline, we'll tell you that too. We don't sell work that won't solve the actual problem.

What We Fix

Cause first,
surface second.

Sealing sinking pavers without addressing the base failure is a waste of money. We assess the full surface first, identify where the real problems are, and repair in the correct sequence — base, units, joints, edges, then cosmetics.

Our repair assessment is not a sales presentation. We walk the full surface, give you a straight read on what needs repair and what doesn't, and provide a written scope that separates fixable sections from areas where a rebuild is the better investment. If the job isn't worth doing, we'll tell you that before you spend anything.

Paver Restoration · Winter Park, FL

Honest Diagnosis First

We find what's actually causing the failure — base movement, drainage, improper compaction — before recommending anything. The diagnosis determines the right repair, not the other way around.

No Patch Quotes on Work That Won't Hold

If patching won't solve the problem, we tell you before we quote it — not after you've paid for it. You get the honest answer upfront.

Paver Re-levelling & Re-setting

For surfaces where the base is intact but movement has occurred — pavers lifted, base material corrected, units reset level and locked.

Joint Sand & Sealing

Joint sand refresh and professional sealing to extend the life of an existing installation. We don't seal over contamination or a compromised base.

Concrete Crack Repair (Where the Base Is Sound)

Crack repair on concrete where the cause is surface-only and the base is sound. We diagnose this before assuming — not every crack means a full replacement.

Full Replacement When the Base Has Failed

When the base is gone, surface repair won't hold. We give you a written explanation of why — not just a higher invoice — so you understand what you're actually paying for.

How We Work

The repair process

No padding the scope. No cosmetic fixes over structural problems. Straight assessment, right sequence, honest result.

01

Diagnosis Before Anything Else

We assess the actual cause of the failure — base movement, drainage failure, improper compaction, or surface-only cracking. The diagnosis determines the right repair, not the other way around.

02

Repair or Rebuild Decision

If the base has failed, surface repair won't hold. We tell you this before we quote. If the surface is patchable, we say so too. You get the honest answer before any work begins.

03

Proper Repair Execution

Repairs done in the right order: base issues addressed first, then units reset, then joints, then edges. Cosmetic work — cleaning and sealing — comes last, not first.

04

Cleaning & Sealing

Surface cleaned, allowed to fully dry, and sealed with appropriate product. Final walkthrough with you to review work and confirm satisfaction.

Common Questions

Repair & Sealing FAQs

Can you just patch my cracked driveway?

We get asked this regularly — and we always give the same honest answer: patching cracked concrete doesn't work. Other companies will do it, but it won't hold. The crack is a symptom, not the problem. In Florida's soil, what fails underneath comes back through whatever you put on top. We'll show you why and what a proper solution looks like. If you still want the patch after that conversation, we're not your contractor — and we'll tell you so.

How much does paver repair or sealing cost?

Sealing typically runs $0.80–$1.50 per square foot depending on surface condition, existing sealer type, and product selection. Repair work varies based on what the diagnosis finds — base condition, extent of shifting, and what's actually needed to fix it properly. We don't quote patch repairs we believe won't hold. What we quote is what will actually solve the problem — and we explain why before you commit to anything.

How often should pavers be sealed?

Penetrating sealers typically last 3–5 years. Film-forming sealers may need refreshing every 2–3 years in Florida's UV and rain conditions. We'll tell you what's on your surface and what the right interval is for your specific product.

Can you match replacement pavers to my existing ones?

We can often match closely using current Belgard, Tremron, or Pavestone products. Exact matches depend on how old your pavers are and whether the original product is still in production. We bring samples to the site visit. Some colour variation from weathering is normal even with a matched product.

Will you tell me if the job isn't worth doing?

Yes. If the repair cost approaches replacement cost for the same area, or if the base failure is too extensive to address through repair alone, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a small job than do work that doesn't solve the actual problem.
