Paver Patios
Built to Live On.
A patio is where the house expands outward. The morning coffee spot, the dinner table in summer, the space guests end up in when the sun goes down. Properly designed, properly drained, properly based — it becomes the room you use more than most rooms inside. We build patios that become habits, not projects.

Why Pavers
Most patios fail
before they age.
Poured concrete slabs crack from Florida's ground movement and heat expansion — usually within 5–10 years. Pavers are an interlocking system: they flex with the ground, drain properly between joints, and if a section takes damage, you replace individual pieces — not the whole surface.
Material selection matters on a patio more than most surfaces — it's what the space feels like underfoot, what holds up in Florida's rain cycles, and what still looks right in ten years. We work with Belgard, Tremron, and Pavestone exclusively. We show you options on-site and recommend based on the property, the grade, and the drainage the site requires.
The design follows the site conditions. Drainage has to be right before materials are selected. The base has to be right before a paver is laid. Get those things right and the finished patio holds its character for decades. Skip them and the surface starts telling you within five years.

Patio Install · Winter Park, FL
The outdoor room you actually use — designed for how you live in the space, not just how it photographs
Material combinations that give surfaces depth and movement — Belgard's 3-size format, for example, creates a patio that looks designed, not just installed
Properly graded drainage — water moves away from the house and off the surface, which in Florida's rain season is not optional
Individual paver replacement if damage occurs — not full resurfacing
Interlocking system moves with ground shift — no fractures like poured concrete slabs
Materials from Belgard, Tremron, Pavestone — not off-brand commodity pavers
How We Build
The installation process
A patio that lasts 30 years looks the same on day one as one that fails in five. The difference is what's underneath.
Design Consultation
We look at how you use the space, what materials suit the property, and how drainage and grade need to work before any design decisions. The design follows the site conditions — not the other way around.
Site Preparation
Excavation to correct depth, removal of existing surface if needed, and grading for drainage — done properly before a single paver goes down.
Base Construction
The base determines everything. Properly excavated, properly compacted, properly graded for drainage. Florida's light soil doesn't forgive shortcuts here — we don't take them.
Precision Laying & Finishing
Pavers set to pattern, cut precisely at boundaries, compacted in, and jointing sand installed. Optional sealing available to extend surface life.
Common Questions
Patio FAQs
How much does a paver patio cost in Orlando?
Most residential patios in Central Florida range from $8,000–$18,000 depending on size, materials, and site conditions. We publish full price ranges on our pricing page. You'll get an itemised written quote before any commitment — the price doesn't change between the estimate and the invoice.
Can you add features like a fire pit, seating walls, or outdoor kitchen?
Yes — we design and build integrated features as part of the same project. Seating walls, fire pits, raised planters, and lighting are quoted together with the patio, not added on later as an afterthought.
How long does patio installation take?
Most residential patios take 4–7 days from excavation to final compaction. Larger or more complex layouts may run 7–10 days. You get a precise timeline before we start.
What about drainage — my yard has some low spots?
We assess drainage as part of the free site visit. Grading and drainage are built into our base preparation — not an add-on. Poor drainage is one of the main reasons paver projects fail prematurely.
Do you seal the pavers after installation?
Sealing is optional and available on all projects. It extends the life of the surface, enhances colour, and helps resist staining. We'll explain the options at the quote stage.
What paver materials work best for a Florida patio?
Belgard, Tremron, and Pavestone are the three manufacturers we work with exclusively — the ones with the longest track records and strongest warranties in this climate. Within those ranges, we'll show you options that suit your property aesthetics and budget. Belgard's 3-size combinations are particularly effective for larger patios — three formats of the same material create depth and movement rather than the monotony of a single tile.
