Pricing
What paver work
actually costs.
We publish real price ranges because we think you should know what to expect before you call. These are honest estimates for Central Florida — not the low number designed to get you on the phone.
Price Ranges
By service
Ranges reflect typical residential projects in Central Florida. Your exact quote will depend on size, materials, site conditions, and scope. Every quote is itemised in writing.
Driveways
Typical residential
2-car driveways average $7,000–$10,000. Larger properties, premium materials (travertine), or difficult access push toward the top of the range.
Patios
Typical residential
Standard patios (400–600 sq ft) typically run $8,000–$12,000. Larger entertaining areas, multiple levels, or complex drainage requirements increase cost.
Pool Decks
Typical residential
Travertine sits at the higher end. Tumbled concrete pavers at the lower. Deck replacement (removing existing concrete) adds to the total.
Walkways
Typical residential
Front-entry walkways most common. Longer garden paths or side-yard connections with curves take longer and cost more.
Hardscape Features
Per feature
Fire pit with seating wall: $3,000–$8,000. Outdoor kitchen structure: $5,000–$15,000+. Features are typically quoted as part of a larger project.
Artificial Turf
Per sq ft installed
A 500 sq ft pet area or side yard runs $5,000–$9,000 fully installed. Premium turf grades and complex sub-base conditions sit at the higher end.
Retaining Walls
Per linear ft installed
Height, material, and drainage complexity drive the price. Taller walls requiring geogrid reinforcement are at the top of the range.
Paver Repair
Typical repair scope
Small section releveling: $500–$1,500. Larger base failure areas requiring excavation: more. We assess before quoting — no guessing on repair work.
Cleaning & Sealing
Typical residential surface
Driveway or patio. Price depends on square footage, surface condition, and sealer type. Commercial surfaces quoted separately.
Parking Lots (Commercial)
Commercial scope
Commercial projects vary too much to give a useful range here. We'll provide a full itemised quote after the site assessment.
Prices reflect 2025–2026 Central Florida market conditions. Material costs can fluctuate — your written quote locks the price.
What Drives Cost
Why two similar jobs
can cost very differently.
Square footage is the starting point, not the whole picture. These factors affect the final scope significantly — and they're why we visit before we quote.
Existing surface removal
Removing concrete or existing pavers adds cost — typically $1–$3/sq ft — but it's usually required for a proper result.
Base conditions
Poor soil drainage or soft fill material may require additional base depth or drainage installation.
Material selection
Travertine costs more than concrete pavers. Premium patterns (herringbone, Flemish bond) take more time. Both affect price.
Site access
Tight access, significant grade change, or obstacles that complicate equipment movement affect installation time.
Drainage requirements
Properties with drainage problems need solutions built into the project. This adds cost — but skipping it causes failure.
Integrated features
Fire pits, seating walls, steps, or outdoor kitchens added to a patio project increase scope and cost accordingly.
Pricing Questions
Common questions
Why don't you give a price over the phone?
Because the site matters. Drainage conditions, existing surface removal, access constraints, and soil type all affect the scope and cost. A number we give over the phone before seeing the job isn't a price — it's a guess that may be way off. We visit first, then quote.
Are your quotes fixed, or do you charge more after the job starts?
Our quotes are itemised and fixed. If we encounter unexpected conditions — something genuinely impossible to assess beforehand — we'll discuss it before proceeding, not invoice you after. Surprises on the final bill aren't how we operate.
How do your prices compare to competitors?
We're not the cheapest quote in Orlando. We've never tried to be. If price is your primary filter, we're probably not the right fit — and we'd rather you know that now than after you've called. What we offer is quality base work, premium materials, and a 5-year installation warranty.
What's not included in these ranges?
Permit fees (where required), specialty drainage engineering (rare), and HOA approval costs are not included. We'll identify these at the assessment and include them in the written quote if applicable.
