Information you give us

When you fill in the contact form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your project. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your permission.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics. These tools collect standard browser data — pages visited, time on site, general location (city-level, derived from IP address), device and browser type. This helps us understand how the site is being used so we can improve it. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Session recordings

This site uses Microsoft Clarity, a session recording tool that captures mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behaviour, and page interactions. Clarity automatically redacts passwords and payment fields. We use these recordings to identify usability issues and improve the experience. You can opt out of Clarity at clarity.microsoft.com/optout.

We use the information we collect for three things: to respond to your project enquiry, to deliver an accurate quote and schedule an on-site visit, and to understand how visitors use this site so we can make it better. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties who process your data are the tools listed below — and only to the extent needed to deliver the services above.

  Resend — Email delivery service. When you submit the contact form, your message is transmitted to us via Resend. They process the message content solely to deliver it.

  Netlify — This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes standard server logs including IP addresses as part of delivering the website.

Contact form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as is reasonable to manage the client relationship — typically the duration of any project plus two years. Analytics and session recording data is retained per each provider's standard retention periods (typically 90 days for Clarity; 14 months for Google Analytics by default). You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@plentypavers.com.

Regardless of where you are, you can contact us at any time to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email contact@plentypavers.com with the subject line 'CCPA Request' and we will respond within 45 days.
